Neal Collins
Neal is the founder of Hamlet Capital, a pioneering firm at the intersection of regenerative real estate and impact investment.
With a diverse background spanning real estate development, sales, capital markets, agriculture, and conservation across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, Neal brings a uniquely holistic perspective to Hamlet’s mission and projects.
Neal’s career began in the environmental nonprofit sector in South Asia, where his passion for ecological and social impact took root. He later led a high-growth real estate firm in the Pacific Northwest, managing projects ranging from single-family homes to $300 million mixed-use developments. Along the way, he recognized a growing need to align profit with purpose—becoming an early leader in the regenerative real estate movement through the founding of Latitude Regenerative Real Estate. His work demonstrates how real estate investment and development can catalyze health, community belonging, ecological restoration, and long-term resilience.
As the host of The Regenerative Real Estate Podcast—a top-ranked show in the top 2% globally—Neal interviews visionaries who are redefining the built environment for a resilient future. Through Hamlet Capital, he is excited to build more than just communities, but a movement that delivers multi-dimensional returns: financial, environmental, and social.
Neal lives with his family on Whidbey Island, where the mountains meet the sea, on a small biodynamic farm. Their land is a living laboratory for the principles he advocates: regenerative agriculture, ecological stewardship, and community engagement. There, they cultivate food, restore native ecosystems, and host gatherings for learning and connection—showing firsthand how land and real estate can become a force for good. This lived experience informs every investment Hamlet Capital makes, grounding strategy in the practical realities of sustainable land management and human-centered development.
